Convenience is at your fingertips with Broadway, Bella Vida Garden Cafe, Exit Zero, Panico's Bistro, Westside Market, Dock Mikes Pancake House, Beach Plum Farm and Park Blvd shops just a stone's throw away. You'll also find Broadway Beach and the boardwalk easily accessible by a pleasant bike ride. On the first floor, you'll find central air conditioning to keep you cool, along with window air conditioners in each bedroom. Stay connected with internet access and enjoy the provided board games.The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and fridge freezer with built in ice maker for your convenience.The spacious living room is equipped with a large flat screen SMART TV and offers two seating areas, perfect for quality family time. The gas fireplace adds a cozy touch if you're in the mood for some warmth and relaxation.Additionally, the dining room can accommodate up to 10 guests, and there's an extra table and chairs in the living room for an additional 4 people. The utility room, located off the kitchen houses the washer, dryer and a powder room for added convenience. On the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower above the bath. The first bedroom offers a queen bed and a smart TV, while the second bedroom features two twin beds, perfect for kids. The third bedroom is next to the full bathroom with a full bed. The third floor boasts another bedroom with a queen bed and a powder room, as well as a bedroom with two twin beds. As an added bonus, there's a delightful back garden where you can have fun playing with the kids or unwind on warm summer nights by the fire pit. Location wise, this home is within walking distance of the center of Cape May where you'll find the famous Washington Street Mall and a variety of restaurants. The beautiful beaches are just a quick bike ride away or a pleasant 12 minute walk. If you're looking for some adventure, there's a bike rental shop just two blocks from the house. Consider exploring the area with a horse-drawn carriage ride, trolley/sightseeing tour, food/wine tour, or sunset/whale watching cruise. Blankets and pillows are provided but guests should rent or bring their own pillow cases, sheets and towels as they are not provided. The bedrooms have USB charging lamps for your convenience. Located on the porch: 2 Tommy Bahama backpack style beach chairs are provided so you can make the most of your beach outings.
