There is a paved parking area for the motel and another separate parking area for the cottages. Renovations were made to this property within the past 2 years so operational numbers are in their infancy stages. There are 3 septic systems. One for the original motel, one for the motel addition and one for the cottages. Most of the buildings have maintenance free vinyl siding and each cottage has it's own hvac system.
