The Artisans updated this roof and re-flashed the chimney during the restoration. * All of the 1913 exquisite yellow pine woodwork, casings, jambs, door caps, cabinet doors, exterior doors, etc., along with all of the vertical grain fir interior doors, were removed and carefully " stripped ", sanded and re-coated with a clear, high end urethane product to highlight the incredible beauty of the original, 107 year old yellow pine wood and vertical grain fir in the house's interior. * Original, spectacular vertical grain yellow pine flooring has been scrupulously sanded and finished with 4 coats of high-end Bona Woodline polyurethane finish. * An extensive search found the 108 linear feet of reclaimed vertical grain yellow pine flooring ( retail price of $14.00 a linear foot ) for the addition that exactly matches the original vertical grain yellow pine floor. * All original hardware ( hinges, escutcheons, door knob stems, keys, box locks, door pulls and catches ) were removed and re-plated with this original copper finish and black accent stripes called " Japaning ".The owner paid $3,000. for this process. * A completely new full bathroom with original claw foot tub sandblasted and repainted and new period hexagonal floor tile and " subway " wall tiles, a new sink, toilet and an extra large glass shower with high end Moen 1920's replica " dinner plate " shower head and faucets. * Completely new plumbing throughout. *Completely new wiring throughout to include all receptacles and lighting, boxes and switches. *Completely new American Standard heating and air conditioning system. * New state of the art Wi-Fi programmable thermostat. *Completely new on-demand Navien tankless water heater. *Completely new insulation throughout. * Completely new sheet rock with three coats of paint throughout. * Completely new custom made wood kitchen cabinets with under-counter lighting. * Completely new quartz countertops. * Completely new mini-subway tile backsplash above the kitchen counters. * New high end garbage disposal. * Brand new GE range, hood and fan. * Brand new 22 cu. ft.
