The home has undergone some remodeling in 2023 making it better than ever. From the expanded front porch to the opened, bright, and welcoming sitting area when you enter the home that flows into the great room with cathedral ceilings that show off the expansive great room boasting a beautiful new kitchen, you will feel welcomed and at home. The great room houses a sofa and a dining table for 10, making it a great place for gathering for snacks, meals, and games. The first floor has two bedrooms and two updated bathrooms. A wooden spiral staircase leads to a second floor where you will find two bedrooms and one full bath. For those that must work on vacation, you have high speed internet (1 Gig!) for all your IT devices, including those video conferences you can’t get away from. From the door in the great room you can exit to the landscaped fenced backyard - great for kids, lawn games and outdoor barbecues. Off-street parking for 4 -5 cars! The property is nestled in the Historic District just one block to the beautiful Cape May beach.
