Michael “Mike” Kennedy was raised in North Cape May, New Jersey, and is a proud graduate of Lower Cape May Regional High School, Class of 1982. Shortly after graduating, Mike began his career with Cape May County, where he dedicated over 33 years of service. On March 1, 2026, he retired as the Department Head of the Cape May County Board of Elections. In 2019, Mike earned his real estate license and began helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market with confidence. His decades of public service have shaped his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others—qualities that now benefit his real estate clients. Mike and his wife Heather, a teacher with the Lower Township School District, live in North Cape May, the community where he grew up. They enjoy spending time boating, fishing, relaxing by their swimming pool, and enjoying the beautiful local beaches. Having lived in the area his entire life, Mike has extensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods and communities.
