I was born and raised in the Cape May area and know the market very well. I have been an NJ licensed Realtor for over 40 years, obtaining my license in 1975 after attending school at The University of Delaware and in Atlanta, Georgia. I started in the family business, Sol Needles Real Estate, as a fourth-generation descendant of Sol Needles. After working at the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office for 8 years, I began working full-time in the real estate industry in 1983. In 1985 I obtained my broker's license and began managing the office. In 1987 we became affiliated with Coldwell Banker giving us access to National advertising and many training and educational tools. I have received the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award many times.
