Chris Bezaire is the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Sol Needles Real Estate, the longest continuously family-owned real estate brokerage in Cape May, New Jersey, founded in 1901 by his great-great-grandfather, Sol Needles. As a fifth-generation Realtor, Chris blends more than a century of family tradition with modern marketing, data-driven strategy, and deep local market expertise to serve buyers and sellers throughout Cape May County. With 22 years of experience in Cape May real estate, Chris is consistently ranked among the top 1% of producers in the local MLS and the top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. He has successfully closed 140+ properties totaling more than $72 million in sales volume, representing clients in everything from luxury beachfront homes and historic Cape May properties to high-yield investment properties and 1031 exchange opportunities. Chris earned degrees in Marketing and Management from the University of Oklahoma before beginning his professional career in business development, where he helped lead Aldi Foods’ expansion into the Atlanta market. In 2004, he returned to Cape May to join the family brokerage and continue the legacy of one of the region’s most respected real estate firms. A recognized leader in the real estate industry, Chris served as President of the Cape May County Association of REALTORS® (CMCAR) in 2020 and 2021 and was honored as CMCAR’s 2020 REALTOR® of the Year. He is also a consistent recipient of the New Jersey REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Award, reflecting his dedication to professionalism, negotiation expertise, and exceptional client results.
